Today I went to a pig roasting that was celebrating a marine home coming for my brother in law's girlfriend's brother! He wanted a pig roasting and the family got a piglet to roast from my husband cousin who works for a poultry farm. This was my first pig roasting and it tasted real good and of course Tom ate the pig's head and enjoyed it very much!
Okay, I have to admit - that photo makes me want to cry. You know how I love pigs...
